Carol Lucas has been helping clients get to the heart of the matter for more than 25 years. In her role as a senior strategist at The Keller Group, she specializes in taking complex ideas and distilling them into effective communication programs across a variety of platforms. Carol takes the lead in developing and implementing strategic communication plans for clients in the tech and healthcare sectors, while offering all our clients support with big picture thinking and tactical execution.

Carol has worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes: Fortune 100 companies, startups, nonprofits, academia and philanthropies. She was one of the first hires of the nascent Gates Library Foundation and helped shepherd communication efforts as the organization evolved into the largest foundation in the world.

A lifelong Northwesterner, Carol is a product of the Bellevue School District and a graduate of the University of Washington. If it’s sunny outside, Carol can be found in her Woodinville garden, usually with an enthusiastic grand-kid helper. When the weather turns, she and her husband head to their Leavenworth cabin to cross-country ski and read by the fire.
